The Asian Art Department at Heritage Auctions is proud to present this carefully curated Signature Auction, featuring works from esteemed estates and private collections. Leading the sale is an exceptional 18th-century Chinese imperial famille rose figure of the Luohan Rahula, accompanied by a selection of imperial porcelain spanning the mid-Qing through the Guangxu period.
The sale also presents a substantial selection from the collection of Dutch dealer Leonard David Snijder, with a particular focus on Transitional and Kangxi-period blue and white porcelain. Another notable highlight is a rare Yongle/Xuande-period Longquan celadon carved bowl.

Equally noteworthy is the selection of jade and jadeite works, along with three important collections of snuff bottles with distinguished provenance. Chinese paintings include works by Qi Baishi, Pu Ru, and other late Qing artists. Among the Japanese works, a selection of shin-hanga prints led by pre-earthquake works by Kawase Hasui should not be missed.
Spanning diverse regions, periods, and media, the sale offers a broad selection of Asian works of art, including Chinese ceramics, jade, paintings, scholars’ objects, Japanese woodblock prints from the ukiyo-e through shin-hanga traditions, and Himalayan gilt-bronze statues.
