The Regent’s Park, London
We’re excited to announce that three of our AWNY member galleries will be participating in this year’s Frieze Masters in London, taking place in The Regent’s Park from October 14-18!
Alisan Fine Arts, Carlton Rochell Asian Art, and Thomsen Gallery will present exceptional works spanning Asian art, from historic masterpieces to contemporary works. Together, these galleries create a dynamic dialogue between tradition and innovation, highlighting the richness and diversity of Asian art for collectors, scholars, and enthusiasts alike.
With nearly 140 galleries representing 30 countries and regions, Frieze Masters 2026 spans ancient civilizations, Old Master paintings, sculpture and decorative arts, works on paper, modern British and postwar art, the historical arts of Asia and reassessed voices from the 20th century, and is a meeting point for both established and growing audiences to engage with new perspectives and research. The return of Spotlight and Reflections is joined this year a new curated section that brings alternative readings of modernity into dialogue with the fair’s wider art-historical scope.
Our member dealers look forward to welcoming you at their booths in London soon! Learn more about their exhibitions below:

Spotlight: Fong Chung-ray
Booth S01
Alisan Fine Arts is delighted to make their debut at Frieze Masters London, 2026. Featured in the prestigious Spotlight section, the gallery presents the pioneering diaspora artist, Fong Chung-ray – key member of the Fifth Moon Group in Taiwan and Asian Cultural Council grantee. Their selection highlights the artist’s early works, specifically those from the 1970s and prior. Fong’s abstract paintings – characterized by dynamic layering of ink and color, rhythmic calligraphy brushwork, and ethereal atmospheric depth – embody the very essence of innovation within Chinese modernism. This milestone also marks a highlight of their ongoing 45th anniversary celebrations, offering international audiences a rare and focused look at Fong’s transformative practice, which bridges Eastern philosophy and Western abstraction with unconventional techniques, rich textures, and unparalleled vitality.
