Every March, for the last eight years, the Upper East Side transforms into an Asian Art Shangri-La, for Asia Week New York. This year’s event includes 42 Asia art specialists presenting ancient and modern wares from remote corners of Asia: China, Japan, India and Nepal. Aside from seeing sumptuous paintings, there are also ceramics, jewelry, textiles, paintings, sculpture, bronzes, prints, photographs, and jades.
